Schedule a Tour or Visit

We encourage families to see our classrooms, meet our caregivers, and experience the Little Bobcats environment in person. To arrange a guided tour, please:

  1. Email Us: Send subject line “Tour Request” to info@bobcatscare.icu with your preferred dates and times.
  2. Online Inquiry Form: Complete the form below, and include “Tour” in the “Reason for Inquiry” field.

What to Expect During a Tour:

  • A welcome by our Director, followed by a guided walkthrough of each age-based classroom.
  • Meet our teachers and support staff—each will share a brief overview of daily routines and key learning activities.
  • Q&A about meals, nap schedules, health protocols, and curriculum focus.
  • Opportunity to observe snack time or an activity (depending on time of day).

Business Hours & Drop-In Care

  • Daycare Hours (Regular Operations):
    Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Drop-In Care:
    Available on a space-available basis; please call ahead to check availability and reserve a spot. Drop-in rates apply.

Holiday Closures:
Little Bobcats Daycare follows the Maddock Public School District’s holiday schedule. We are closed on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

We post holiday closures on our front door, website calendar, and in our monthly newsletter. There are no tuition reductions for scheduled holidays.

Get Directions & Parking

Driving Directions:

  • From 5th Street North: Head east on Central Ave. Little Bobcats is on the south side of the street, one block west of Elm Street.
  • From Highway 5: Take the Maddock exit. Turn north onto Elm Street, then turn left (west) onto Central Ave. Our building is on your right in the next block.

Parking:

  • We have a designated parking lot directly behind our building (access via 2nd Street).
  • Additional street parking is available on Central Ave, but please observe any posted signage.
  • When you arrive, pull into one of the marked spaces and follow signs to the main entrance on the east side of the building.

Frequently Asked Contact Questions

  1. How soon will I receive a reply after submitting an inquiry form?
    We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day. During peak enrollment season (July–August), reply times may extend to 48 hours.
  2. Can I tour without an appointment?
    For safety and to ensure our classrooms are available, all tours must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins might not be accommodated if we are conducting learning activities or health checks.
  3. What safety measures are in place for in-person visits?
    • We require all adult visitors to sign in at the front desk, present photo ID, and use our keypad entry system.
    • Staff will wear name badges, and we maintain strict child-to-caregiver ratios even during tours.
    • If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please reschedule your tour.
  4. How can I update my child’s emergency contact information?
    Login to the Parent Portal and navigate to “My Account” → “Child Profiles.” You can edit emergency contacts, medical forms, and pick-up authorizations at any time. You may also email updates to info@bobcatscare.icu.
  5. Do you offer a waitlist if my preferred age group is full?
    Yes. If a room is at capacity, we’ll place your child on our waitlist. When a spot opens, we notify families in order of waitlist priority and ask for confirmation within three (3) business days.
